Auger Dryer Systems
Continuous heated auger drying systems for moving washed plastic material from wet processing into cleaner, more consistent downstream handling.
Move wet plastic material through a controlled heated drying process.
The ADA Series Auger Dryer is designed for plastic drum reclamation and rigid plastic recycling lines where washed material needs to be transferred, elevated, and dried before downstream conveying, granulating, or regrind handling.
Incoming material is fed into a horizontal auger, conveyed into a vertical heated dryer auger, and discharged from an elevated outlet into the next conveyor or process stage.

Horizontal feed. Heated lift. Controlled discharge.
Wet plastic flakes or chopped rigid plastics are loaded into the infeed hopper after washing or separation.
A horizontal screw auger meters and conveys material into the vertical drying section.
Material is elevated through a heated, enclosed auger chamber to reduce moisture and improve downstream handling.
Dried material exits through an elevated discharge chute for transfer to conveying, granulating, or regrind operations.
Built for wet plastic recovery lines.
Cleaner material flow after washing.
The ADA Series helps bridge the gap between wet cleaning equipment and dry downstream processing. By moving material through an enclosed heated auger path, the system supports more consistent drying, cleaner conveying, and improved preparation for regrind production.
Designed to integrate with VRS, DS, WS, and PDR Series systems.
Ideal for plastic drum and rigid container processing.
Dry washed HDPE flake before material recovery or regrind operations.
Support continuous handling of chopped plastic containers after cleaning.
Bridge wash and separation equipment to downstream conveyors.
Reduce moisture before granulating, storage, resale, or reuse.
