The VRS Series Vacuum Reclaim System is designed for drum recycling and reconditioning operations that need to remove leftover product, wash residue, sludge, liquid heel, loose plastic debris, and other contaminants before size reduction.

By reclaiming residual material upstream, the VRS Series helps protect shredders, washers, pumps, conveyors, and downstream recovery equipment from unnecessary contamination and maintenance.

The VRS Series combines operator vacuum stations, overhead suction framework, vacuum drops, recovery piping, a stainless steel separation tank, and an industrial wet/dry vacuum package into a clean, organized system that fits upstream of shredding and washing.
